The declaration was made with officials of Tzüla (Dikhu) Green Zone Project Committee (TGZPMC) members after a marathon meeting accompanied by village Council members of Ungma and Longsa with villages located upstream of Dikhu river in Zunheboto and shared thoughts on the need of conserving the biodiversity in the society.
