Tzula (Dikhu) Green Zone Project launches Eco Lodge

Tzula (Dikhu) Green Zone Project (TGZP) management committee in a simple program launched an Eco Lodge in the bank of Tzula (Dikhu) river with the pastor of Ungma Baptist church dedicating the rest house with a prayer. 

Village council members, church leaders, student leaders and leaders from various organisations belonging to the two villages also attended the function.

Later, after the dedicatory function, there was an interaction time which was held between the leaders of the two village and the officials of Foundation for Ecological Security (FEC) and some noted researchers and environmentalist from outside the state. 
Altogether, 14 delegates from various environmental organisations visited the Tzula (Dikhu) Green Zone Project area.

Tzula(Dikhu) Green Zone Project (TGZP) which is a brainchild of two village namely Longsa and Ungma was initiated in the year 2010 in collaboration with the dept. of forest, ecology & environment government of Nagaland and various other departments to protect and preserve flora and fauna in and around Tzula(Dikhu) river.
